Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns.

Any purchases made on our website (excluding sale items) between the 28th of October and the 24th of December 2024 can be exchanged as late as the 12th of January 2025 in line with our standard returns policy.

For purchases made from 25th December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.

Standard Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in a resalable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase

Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage of any returning unsuitable items.

Sale Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in a resalable condition and returned within 14 days of purchase.

How to return:

To register your return and purchase Royal Mail postage, please visit our online returns portal below using the following instructions-

-You will need your full order number including the and the postcode of the shipping address.
-Securely repack your items
-Include the packing note with your order number, name and address and state if you would like a refund or exchange

We aim to process all returns within 5 – 7 working days of the parcel arriving in our warehouse. If the return is approved, we will issue refunds back to your original payment method. Once we have issued a refund, we will send you an email confirmation.

The processing time is down to each bank. Please contact your bank if you have any queries after receiving confirmation that One Hundred Stars has issued your refund. 

Exchanges

For any exchange requests, a refund for the original order will be issued and an invoice will be sent for the new item. This does not apply to faulty items. 

Exchanges under £30 will require additional postage costs.

Products purchased from stockists

If you have any issues or wish to return a product that was purchased from one of our stockists, then please contact the shop it was bought from directly. As the contract of sale is with that particular business and not ourselves, unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.

Gifts

Please contact our customer service team at email   if you have received a gift that you would like to exchange.

So that we can locate the original order, we will require the contact details of the gift giver. *Please be assured that we will not contact the gift giver unless requested*

Lampshades

These are hand-made to order, so for this reason we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.
